But that argument might fail, since there is no legal requirement that YouTube display your content, even if it does qualify as fair use. Fair use is only intended for reviews, criticism, parody (and other uses that aren’t applicable here: academic use, news reporting, etc.) Most “reaction videos” could possibly be reviews, but the people reacting aren’t actually reviewing, they are just reacting. Not the same thing.
